From February 1st, 2010 onward, whenever you access your It’s Me 247 online banking website, you will be required to answer one of your Security Questions in addition to entering your password. This new security feature is considered to be multi-layered which meets State Audit requirements.

Please note that there will be on-line banking screen changes when you access the Site for the first time on or after February 1st, 2010. You will be asked to accept the credit union’s default Personal Internet Banking(PIB) Profile. And once you accept, it will ask for your Password and Security Question. If you have forgotten your answers, please contact the Credit Union. We would be more than happy to reset them for you!
